Many Great River Health clinics will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30, because of extremely cold weather. A complete list is below.
The clinics will attempt to notify all affected patients and reschedule appointments. Patients may call their provider’s office with questions.
Clinics and departments that will BE CLOSED:
- Athletic Training
- Business Health
- Cardiology
- Eye Specialists
- Healthy Living
- Keokuk (Urgent Care only will be open)
- Mediapolis
- Medicine Specialists
- Mental Health
- Nephrology
- Orthopaedic Specialists
- Pulmonology
- Wapello
- West Point
- Wound and Hyperbaric
Clinics and departments that WILL BE OPEN:
- Family Medicine
- Family Medicine, Mercy
- Health Fitness – Gym and pool open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No classes. Reopening at 8 a.m. Thursday
- Hematology and Oncology
- Radiation Therapy
- QuickCare
- Surgeons
- Urgent Care-Keokuk
- Urology
- Women’s Health
All other hospital departments will operate as normal.
Thursday’s Healthy U program – The Effects of Exercise on Aging – has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, in Wellness Plaza.
