We have payment boxes conveniently located in the main lobby, Emergency Department and at the north entrance located next to the Patient Financial Services window.

Henry County Health Center is excited to announce the implementation of a new service that will help patients navigate through the sometimes complex and confusing world of health care insurance, medical bills, pre-authorizations and deductibles. The Relay Health Patient Estimator tool communicates directly with the patient’s insurance provider to obtain an estimate of the patient’s bill, allowing the patient to make an informed decision about their health care.
Patients will receive an estimate of out-of- pocket costs (co-pays, deductibles, etc.). This new service is designed to help our patients understand the insurance coverage process and to feel more comfortable in knowing up front what portion of the charges will be their personal responsibility. HCHC may request partial or payment in full at the time of services.
As part of the process, our caring and trained staff will also guide each patient through the many available payment options, including payment plans, financial assistance for those who may not have the resources to pay for their care, or the bank loan program designed to cover medical expenses.
