If you have concerns or feedback about the care you have received, please call the Patient Ambassador at:

319-768-4906 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Patients and their surrogate decision makers have the right to file complaints regarding quality of care concerns or safety issues to the State of Iowa and the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality, Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center's accrediting organization.
