If you are displeased with the services you have received, please call Quality Resources at 319-768-4906 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Patients and their surrogate decision makers have the right to file complaints regarding

quality of care concerns or safety issues to the State of Iowa and the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality, Great River Medical Center’s accrediting organization.
