First and second trimester workshop
Stengthen your body for the changes you will experience during pregnancy
and after delivery. Learn:
- Exercises to improve circulation and core strength (including uterus and
pelvis muscles), and increase comfort
- Deep-breathing exercises for the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood
- After-labor stretches and exercises to help rebuild strength and lose weight
10:30 a.m. to noon
Third trimester and postnatal workshop
Learn exercises and stretches to help you recover from labor, regain strength
and build endurance while decreasing weight.
The workshops are $10 each, or $15 for both.
